Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler

I found this amazing Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler Recipe, because even people who don't eat gluten like cobbler, shocker? It was so delicious and just as good as normal cobbler. Lots of butter and sugar can do wonders right? Plus this is the perfect Fall, throw on your sweats, oooooh it's chilly outside, recipe. And? It's all of five ingredients. Way easy!

Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler:

-2 cup gluten-free flour
-2 cups sugar
-2 egg
-1/2 cup melted butter
-6 sliced peaches

Place peaches in greased small pan. In separate bowl, stir flour, sugar, and egg with a fork until mixed together (it will be dry). Place over sliced peaches. Pour melted butter over the top. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Yum :)
