What an AMAZING retreat I was able to attend this past weekend. It was held at the beautiful Daybreak where 75 of us girls got to hang out, eat, attend classes, laugh, and shop.
It really was perfect and couldn't have been any more organized. Every meal was amazing and the classes were taught by the best people!
One of my favorite classes was taught by the The Food Nanny. Have you ever seen her show? I haven't but am totally going to start. She talked about the importance of family dinner every night and makes me really excited to start this tradition with my growing little family!
Another fun class was cupcake making. It was taught by none other than the founder of The Sweet Tooth Fairy. How awesome is that?
Mine was far from pretty but very tasty!
The first night there was the Midwives Dinner. The food was incredible and everything was so beautiful!
The house that we stayed in was INSANE!
It was huge and decorated SO cute.
We stayed up till 3:30 in the am talking and laughing and talking and laughing... and eating too much candy.
The next day was more fun classes.
A fantastic makeup class was taught by Deidre Smith.
An interior design class taught by Brian Clark.
And I was so excited to finally learn how to knit in a knitting class as well!
Baby boy, mommy's going to be making you booties, and beanies, and leg warmers!
The second night was the Cinco De Mayo dinner that was catered by Cafe Rio.
Such a blast!
It was so fun meeting tons of other girlies who like to blog.
Breathing Space, you put on a mean retreat!
