Pizza Limone and Homemade Pizza!

Have you ever been to Pizza Limone?  If not, you must try it.  With the same environment as Cafe Rio, they make fresh pizzas right in front of you for $7 or $8 a pizza.  Their pizza is amazing!  We ordered an aged mozzarella pear pizza and loved it so much, we decided to get down with our bad selves and make our own...
And then we loved that so much, the next day we made lemon chicken pizza with fresh tomatoes and onions.
And then a couple days later a pepperoni one.
We felt like gourmet chefs.
Go us.
I found the best pizza dough recipe that is so easy (and doesn't need to rise, BONUS!)...
How to make it:
Pre-Heat oven to 450
Mix 1 package active dry yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar in 1 cup warm water.  Let sit for 10 minutes.
Then mix in 2 1/2 cups bread flour, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 teaspoon salt.  Let sit for 5 minutes.  Get a pizza pan, sprinkle with flour and olive oil, and knead dough ball until it covers the entire pan.  Coat with olive oil, or your favorite sauce, add toppings and cook for 20 minutes.
SO easy and SO good!
Or just go to Pizza Limone if that sounds too exhausting :)
