HUGE Local Giving Tree Giveaway!!!

Okay guys, are you ready for the most awesome giveaway?!
I'm not just saying this, it's a HUGE one!
Amber DeBirk is the woman behind today's giveaway.  The pieces she makes are amazing and the business she started is so fun, but more importantly, is for a great cause.
I hope you guys take the time to read everything in this post.  I think you'll be just as excited about her business, Localgivingtree, as I am!
Before she tells you about her business, here is what she is giving away today...
I'll let her take it away!

"Eco-Friendly Fused Glass Jewelry & Accessory Collection" Giveaway - Provided by Localgivingtree.com, a national deal website that features handmade, boutique, artisan and eco-friendly items AND a donation is made to a school or nonprofit with every purchase, hence the name, Local Giving Tree. This package is valued at $151 and is handmade by Amber DeBirk, founder of Localgivingtree.com and owner of Urbanscrap Glass, it includes a recycled glass belt buckle with distressed leather belt ($75), a large circle pendant with a stainless steel cable ($30), a small circle pendant with a very long silver chain ($22), and also a pair of chic drop earrings ($24)--all of these items are made our of old window glass and powdered enamels, and fused in a kiln. All of these items have either been featured on Localgivingtree.com or will be featured in the near future with discounts of 35%-70%"
Aren't these glass pieces amazing?  I can't believe she makes them!  I love how unique they are.  They aren't something you see everyday, which I really like.  Plus, this is SO much stuff!  I can't believe how generous she is!

Now a little bit about her and what she does...

Amber DeBirk, Founder of Localgivingtree.com
"I just have to say that Savannah is such a gorgeous, hip, and stylish pregnant woman…I wish that I could have looked that good when I was pregnant! Her sense of style and design is refreshing and I love that I found her blog, Rolled Up Pretty. Savannah and I connected when I introduced my company to her, Localgivingtree.com, we offer all things pretty too, but we also give back to the community with each sale. Savannah loved our concept, so I am here today to tell you about myself and how my company, Localgivingtree.com was born.

Now let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Amber DeBirk, and I am a wife, mother, artist, fundraiser, and community activist. I am married to my best friend Bill, and a mother to two sweet girls, Indy Rose (6) and Willa Grace (4), plus my old man retriever Murphy (13). I am very involved in my community and the arts. I have wrote grants and fundraised for numerous local and national nonprofits and started our town’s first community market that sells locally grown produce, arts, and crafts. I have been called a “sustainable” artist, as I work mainly with fused glass made out of old windows and bottles, as well as mixed-media using  scrap materials. You will have a chance to win some of my recycled fused glass jewelry and fashion accessories today, as I am giving away a package worth $151!

Now where does Localgivingtree.com fit in to all of this? It’s simple. I had been approached by numerous daily deal sites to offer my fused glass creations and classes on their websites. I always declined their offers, because everything that I sell, I always donate a portion of my sales to various nonprofits that are important to me and my family. I always thought it would be great to offer my artisan creations on the other “deal” sites, but something was missing…after many conversations with my crafty friends, Localgivingtree.com was born!

Local Giving Tree is a national deal site that offers you handmade, artisan, eco-friendly, and boutique items. There are companies out there that offer these same deals, however, our company is different. We are committed to “Buying, Saving, Giving & Growing,”—and with every sale, a portion of the proceeds is donated to a nonprofit or school chosen by the artist or business making the offer, hence the name, Local Giving Tree. With a grassroots approach, Local Giving Tree’s business model plants roots and helps to sustain our local economy and communities.

I would love for our “tree” to grow, and there are many ways that you can help with that.
