Radcliff has always loved hiking with Wren and I, but has only ever been in the hiking backpack. But today when we woke up I decided it was the day to let Radcliff take the reigns of hiking into his own hands.
Of course he loved every second of it and just kept saying, "Hiker boy, climbin', slow down, not toooo fast, rocks, this is fun, I like it!"
The only part he was kind of sad about was turning around to go home, but we talked through it and he was well on his way to a happy climb down after a couple minutes. I'm so happy we live two minutes away from so many fun trails to take my guy on this summer!
