Sister, Sister!

A couple weekends ago, Wren watched the babe while my sisters and I headed to City Creek.  It just so happened that Wren's sister Eden was down there too, and had very much been down there with a friend for seven hours, NBD.  I'd have been begging for someone to put me to sleep, but whatev.  She was a trooper and completed our sisterhood!   After spending about an hour too long in Anthropologie (RAY!), lots of self timed pictures in the dressing room, scoring some major deals, and getting terribly lost in the parking lot (I'll never learn to look) later, we called it a night. Partay like it's 1999. And speaking of Sister, Sister, how many of you guys used to watch that show?  I did.  Almost liked it as much as Sweet Valley High.  Sara just introduced me to the brilliance of the new Tia and Tamara show and I'm 100% addicted to it.  Wren's like, "What do you like about this show?"  I'm like, "EVERYTHING!"  Any other addicts out there?

I Love My Boys However...

...sometimes some girl time is absolutely necessary.  Scratch that, mandatory.  Last night treats from Trader Joe's (have you been yet?), sushi, and heck, even valet parking, was just what the doctor ordered.  Thanks for the laughs friends!

And let's hear it for daddy of the year who basically forces me to do things like this so I can have a little break every once in awhile.  It takes some strong coercing to get me to leave my ghost baby.  When I came home, him and Radcliff were having the time of their lives.  And speaking of time of their lives, he also took Radcliff to scouts with him tonight (I think it's like the funniest thing ever), and while there, Radcliff apparently had just that.  The time of his life!  Hysterical...              

Park City FUN Day!

Last week Radcliff and I had big plans.  We dressed in our Sunday best (can you tell I did?), and headed to the mountains!  Park City this time of year is just perfect.  It's brisk and beautiful with all the leaves changing. 

First we went on a walk with Wren's sister Allyssum, her baby Iris, Broose, and Tinsley.  The latter two being dogs in case you were wondering.  It's always a good time catching up with them!  Allyssum's just plain old bomb.  We love her.

Next, we headed over to the outlets to shop and mingle with Katie and her baby Nash and Janae and her son Boston.  Radcliff meant business and bought matching outfits with Nash.  He felt really cool, I could tell he was trying not to smile that dirty little devil!

Anyway, love fun days like this with my baby.  

Anyone else want to have a play date with this gruesome twosome?  Really, we're a GREAT time.

Girl Time is Fun Time

It has been nothing short of amazing having time to catch up with all my girlfriends now that I don't have a 9:00 to 6:00 job anymore.  All of the things I have missed out on while sitting at a desk for the last 6+ years... we won't think about that though.  

Mani-pedis, Ruby Snap cookies (heaven), and antique furniture shopping with Sara, little sister's dance recital, lunch date with longtime friends, dinner with my other two pregnant friends, and pool time with my mommy friends were all such a blast last week!

I think the babe just felt like one of the girls cruising everywhere with his mommy...

He thought it was big biz I'm sure.

Honey, you're a boy though :)
